I don’t teach freedom from theory — I’ve built it through lived experience.
I always knew the traditional 9–5 path wasn’t for me. When I finally entered it, my body broke down, making it clear that a life built on survival and obligation wasn’t sustainable.
Freedom wasn’t a trend for me — it was a necessity.
I moved abroad and built an alternative, off-grid life without savings or a safety net. When our original business plans failed, I had to find another way to support myself and my family.
That’s when I discovered the world of online work.
I started from scratch, learning how to create income online, build simple systems, and design a business that wasn’t tied to one place. I didn’t come from tech or business. I learned because I had to.
Over time, I built multiple online income streams rooted in my passions and created a platform that grew into a community of thousands. Along the way, I realised something important:
Most people don’t lack ideas, they lack safety, clarity, and support.
After surviving a fire that destroyed our off-grid home, I experienced PTSD and panic attacks. Healing myself led me to train in mindset and nervous-system-based tools like hypnosis, EFT, and NLP — now central to my work.
Because this is what I know to be true:
You can’t build freedom if your nervous system doesn’t feel safe.
Freedom by Design exists because most programmes only focus on one side, business or mindset.
