We pair strategy with mindset work (hypnosis, EFT, meditation, nervous system support) so you don’t just know what to do, you feel confident enough to do it.

What happens on the monthly calls

Inside each call, you can expect:

Business circle + sharing (what you’re working on, what’s moving, what’s stuck)
Support + feedback from the group (brainstorming, ideas, encouragement, gentle accountability)
Mindset work included — guided sessions such as:
- Hypnosis / subconscious rewiring
- EFT Tapping
- Meditation / grounding
- Nervous system regulation practices

You’ll leave each call feeling more connected, clearer on your next steps, and deeply supported.
